Cancellation Policy

At Bandit Body, we respect your time and ours. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies apply.

Cancellation Windows

​

Pilates Group Classes

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time.

Private Sessions & Spray Tanning

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Amenities (Hydro Massage, Red Light Therapy, Tanning, etc.)

• No cancellation fees apply.

• We ask for courtesy notice when possible, but fees are not charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

Late Cancellation Fees

Pilates Group Classes

• Late cancellation: $10 fee

• No-show: $15 fee

​

Private Sessions & Spray Tanning

• Late cancellation: 50% of the service price

• No-show: 100% (full price) of the service

Amenities

• No late-cancel or no-show fees.

​

Arriving Late

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule.
A shortened session may be offered at the provider’s discretion with no price adjustments.

System Errors

If a verified system error or technical issue caused a scheduling or billing issue, no fees will be applied.
